Well, work done. Finally.

I think I'm the cleverest person I've ever seen - except for Moby Dick (a.k.a Eddie), a friend of mine.
Geez... Who else in the entire world does the main part of the painting on one canvas, and the background on another one? …And after putting everything together gets grumpy because it’s bogus and horrid?


So… I think it's going to take a while for me to post anything new here. College, work, mandarin and french courses, private matters… blegh.. I remain only with my weekends free. =/
Oh, and I forgot gym… (‘cause I don’t want to become a fat limp sluggish kraken molten on my desk chair. )

Hmmn… About me?

I joined dA in 2006, but I’ve never used this account to post anything. It was just to avoid those annoying ads and to have permission to see everything. Recently I bought a pen tablet and changed my mind.
I am no Arts or Design student (actually I’m a International Trading undergraduate student… graduation in 2 years. )… Every single piece I do is for my own and pure pleasure. Maybe that’s why I take some time to level up drawing and painting skills… I only draw something when I am truly inspired.

Well… So why do I post my works here if almost everything is personal? Because as I really enjoy seeing inspired arts from other people and breathe in the very inebriating essence of these***, I post mine too. Maybe it may please someone as some pieces please me. I’m a beauty addict. (…hm, it may sound bad… maybe “I’m addicted to beauty” express better.)
*** the ones I personally feel more attracted to, of course.
Aaaaand… There is another point: I’m tired of seeing idiot things everywhere. Brainless, mechanical, empty but “ pretty” stuff. So, I’m giving my points, even if the most part of people are stupid or insensitive and just want to see big headed children with candy pink hair, abnormal hiper shining eyes and the description:

“…she is a normal shy high school student who carries a sacred katana everywhere she goes and, by night, fights against her cursed demonic AND vampiric genetic.”

(Nothing against anime/manga category in itself. I really think there are very good stuff in this style...)
…Or some huge gallery of “bishounen” guys grabing each other with j-rocker clothes and always THE SAME PRETTY FACE, painted unbelievable well.
It’s beautiful, I won’t deny.
But I am not an adept of that “l’art pour l’art” stuff. I recognize the technique, but not consider it “real art”.


As I had said to someone another day, you don’t need to be skilled, a great painter, writer or drawer.
You just have to be an artist. Although I know ars means technique, for me the word "artist" gained another meaning.
…A true creator of significative beauty that transcend the mediocrity in which people are immersed and want not to awake.
